  • HP - Developed the positioning and messaging platform for the entire company and its new leadership team, with kudos from industry analysts. In addition, we conduct strategic positioning initiatives with nearly every line of business, including the Technology Solutions Group (ProLiant, Integrity, StorageWorks), Imaging and Printing Systems Group (Global Enterprise, Halo, Graphic Arts, Indigo, Wide Format), and Personal Systems Group (Workstations, Business Desktops).
     
  • Palm - Helped align the positioning for the Treo smartphone product family, including the launch of the new Treo 700W (Windows Mobile-based smartphone).  In addition, we aligned their wireless e-mail solutions portfolio and related messaging.
     
  • Océ - Identified opportunities - to the account - for Océ ($2.9B German maker of production-class printing and copying solutions) to double revenue in a mature market. Orchestrated new marketing programs that generated qualified opportunities with 20% of this market in less than 3 months.
     
  • 3M - Developed the positioning and messaging platform that clearly defined and differentiated 3M's innovative new digital work board. The platform was quickly understood and compelling enough to generate numerous leads during customer and channel research designed to test and improve its effectiveness.
  • Citrix - Served as the virtual marketing organization that enabled Citrix to grow from $14.5 million to $248 million in four years, with a 40% increase in sales productivity and 2,500% ROI. Citrix led the S&P 500 in overall stock performance during this time period.
      
  • Motorola - Managed a comprehensive desktop market opportunity and segmentation study for Motorola and that identified customer segments with purchase intent that was as high as 85%.
      
  • Novell - Developed Novell's One Net vision and Net Services Software strategy, a coincidental precursor to Microsoft's .Net web services strategy. Became the foundation for Novell's controversial and measurably successful ad campaign.
